After spending 15 years in the Advertising and Hospitality Marketing sector, switched to Early Childhood Education with Pallavan Preschool. Five years later moved to ShriRam Global School (Primary) for experience and growth, but returned to the Pallavan Learning System’s fold after three years. Have worked in Pallavanjali for almost 9 years, first as a class teacher and then as the HOD of the ‘Regular’ School.

Blessed with good communication skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with students, parents and colleagues, am able to prioritise and to dedicate myself to tasks and workloads that are required to foster a positive learning environment for disadvantaged students. Over the years have continued learning from other team leaders and colleagues and have successfully built up a strong background in researching, developing and adapting engaging Lesson Plans, Curriculum, Syllabi, etc. which can benefit our students who lack exposure and resources.
